Executive Assistance:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of executive meetings, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects as requested by the CEO.
Office Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and activities to foster a positive office culture.
  • Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly.
Administrative Work:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage communication and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and maintain office documentation and records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience with basic financial processes and invoice management.
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our vibrant startup office. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage executive assistance duties, office operations, and administrative support.

You will be a key member of our team, working directly with our CEO and playing a central role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include high-level administrative support, managing daily office activities, and performing general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone energetic, positive, and passionate about creating an engaging work environment.
